Leadership

Jon Nguyen is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in outpatient anesthesia and financial consulting for outpatient medicine.Dr. Nguyen continues to practice anesthesiology, but he focuses his efforts as a business consultant for anesthesia and surgical groups. Drawing upon his MBA degree, Dr. Nguyen is passionate about helping fellow physicians optimize their billing practices, negotiations, and revenue.Background
Dr. Nguyen completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from University of California, San Diego. After graduating from Tufts University School of Medicine, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of California, Irvine.
After over 20 years practicing anesthesiology, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Quinn Le is a board-certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in outpatient anesthesia.She provides anesthesia in both inpatient hospital and outpatient ASC settings. She performs all anesthetic techniques including general anesthesia, neuraxial (spinal and epidural), and MAC for all surgical services including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, and obstetrics.Background
After completing her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton, she worked in the intensive care unit (ICU), caring for surgical, neuro, and trauma patients. She earned her doctorate graduate degree in anesthesia from Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia.
